I've been waking up 6.15am since Monday. Sleeping after midnight and woke up that early is HELL to me. I'm on a week course at Khatib Camp. Mentally drained every end of the day.
For 3 nights, i've been drinking ABC soup for my dinner. Shit! I have a medical appointment next Wed at Apex Clinic. Urine test again... thats my worst fear!
